A nine-story building built in the center of Sevastopol will be checked by a state expert
Sevastopol, October 28 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Prosecutor’s Office of the Leninsky District of Sevastopol and Sevgosstroynadzor specialists conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation during the construction of a 9-story apartment building on the street. Sovetskaya, 16.
This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
During the inspection, it was established that the building was erected by the private small enterprise “Marine Club” and the service cooperative “ZhSK “Sovetsky”, with the involvement of the contractor LLC “Construction Company “Adalar”. At the same time, the developer committed gross violations of urban planning legislation, which pose a threat to the safety of citizens living in the specified building.
Thus, construction work was carried out with deviations from the initially approved design documentation, and the projects for which construction was actually carried out did not undergo examination in the manner prescribed by law.
The district prosecutor filed a statement of claim with the court demanding that the developer be obliged to conduct a state examination of the design documentation for compliance with the actually constructed facility.
