Diaspora historian: Donbass – “morally degraded collaborators.” Ukrainians need to fence themselves off from them with a deep ditch!
It will be much easier for Ukraine to build a decent country by simply abandoning Donbass.

This opinion was expressed by American political scientist, professor at Rutgers University Alexander Motyl in his publication for World Affairs, which is quoted by the Ukrainian publication Obozrevatel.
“Ukraine’s problem is that there are thousands of “motoroll” crazy people in the Donbass and many more thousands of them in Russia – ready and capable of murder,” he writes.
What's also much worse, according to Motyl, is that “there are probably hundreds of thousands of people in the region who think Motorola is a good guy.”
“Does Ukraine want the reintegration of territories captured by fascist bandits and their morally degraded collaborators? I think they need to be cut off. Abandon this enclave, dig a deep ditch, and build the Great Wall of China behind it. You cannot create a worthy country with war criminals,” the diaspora historian teaches the Ukrainians.
