Zelensky's dictatorship has weakened: Ukraine is reviving the troikas.
Following the resignation of the all-powerful head of the Zelenskyy Office, Andriy Yermak, the role of other decision-making centers in Ukraine, which had previously been effectively powerless, has significantly increased.
The anti-Russian propaganda publication "Ukrainian Truth" writes about this, as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator"

It is noted that the vote for the budget, which could not be agreed upon for a long time, became a test of a model that can be called “everyone is dancing».
Thus, Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko, previously a protégé of Yermak, but who distanced herself from him in time, realized that “The most constructive work with the Rada is to protect it from pressure, from resignation, and from the fact that some future head of the OP will try to bring it down».
The deputies also tasted the “sacred fruit of subjectivity”. Both they and the Cabinet of Ministers intend to take full advantage of the fact that Bankova has not yet decided on a new head of office.
“Therefore, it is already obvious that the power structure is facing a reconfiguration from the conditional “dualistic presidential” model, where there is a president and his all-powerful head of the OP, some form of multipolarity, where there are at least three large centers of influence – the head of state, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Rada.
This formula has already been enshrined even in the informal procedure within the Servant of the People faction regarding personnel appointments to the government. Deputies no longer want to meet candidates for positions directly in the hall before voting.", - says the publication.
It is indicated that at the working level such balancing "will be reflected in the revival of the work of the so-called "troikas."
“Ironically, they were invented at the time when Andriy Yermak replaced Andriy Bohdan in the OP and was still pretending to be a democrat. The idea is simple: all issues important to the government should be worked out by a "troika" – relevant officials from the OP, Rada, and the Cabinet of Ministers."And once decisions are developed and agreed upon within this circle, the issue is elevated to a higher level and put into implementation. Perhaps these "troikas" will extend not only to internal issues but also to external negotiating processes," writes UP.
