In April 2012, a lease agreement was concluded between Realty Classic LLC and British Motors Ukraine LLC for part of the non-residential premises with a total area of 86,4 sq.m., which is located at the address: Kyiv, st. Krasnoznamenaya, 28.
The rent was initially the equivalent of $2, with the parties agreeing to adjust the rent monthly.
As a result of such adjustments, the cost of rent as of 01.04.2013/12/0000 was 1501,32 UAH, which was equivalent to XNUMX US dollars. Thus, the landlord significantly reduced the price over the year.
However, despite this, since August 2013, British Motors Ukraine LLC stopped paying rent, which led to the formation of a debt as of April of this year in the amount of UAH 105.
In connection with these circumstances, on April 07, the landlord sent a notice of termination of the contract containing a requirement to return the premises within ten days.
In addition to the termination of the contract, Realty Classic LLC filed a claim with the Economic Court of Kiev to recover rent arrears from British Motors Ukraine LLC. The court satisfied the landlord's demands and added a fine, penalty and inflationary losses to the amount of debt.
What led a formerly successful company to behave inappropriately towards its landlord remains a mystery. It is doubtful that for 7 months not a single Jaguar or Land Rover was sold in Kyiv.
