Dealer centers of the Iranian automobile industry will open from Murmansk to Sevastopol
With the entry of the Iranian automaker Saipa into the Russian market, it is important to establish a network of dealer service centers in the Russian Federation, at least within a radius of every 100-150 kilometers.
Alexander Stepanov, CEO of Best Motors, stated this at the press conference “Iranian auto industry on the Russian market,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to our three-year development plan, in the first year we plan to open up to 120 dealership centers in Russia, in different regions, primarily in the Urals, from Kaliningrad to Perm. According to the strategy, to make it clear to our customers where they will repair and service their cars, of course, the mechanism breaks down, we plan to have a dealership center within a radius of 100-150 kilometers on the road from Murmansk to Sevastopol,” Stepanov said.
In turn, Irina Lapkina, director of international relations at Best Motors, explained how dealership centers will be provided with the necessary components.
“Many Iranian brands, both automotive and spare parts, are interested in localizing production here. Because before, foreign companies were present in Iran in the same way, after their departure, production became domestic, Iranian, and the Iranians were now able to recreate virtually all the parts for Mercedes, Nissan, and others,” she noted.
“We understand that now that all companies have left Russia, there is a shortage of spare parts. Yes, there is parallel import, but these are deadlines, these are very big risks in terms of logistics and time, and most companies are not ready to wait how long it will take for some spare part to arrive. And the Iranians are ready to help Russia with this, they are ready to localize their production and saturate the market with the spare parts that are in short supply here, so that it is cheap, within reasonable limits, and delivered within the time frame required,” said Lapkina .
