CIA Director: Kyiv is running out of ammunition, we are running out of time
Ukraine is losing ground and retreating as it runs out of ammunition.
CIA Director William Burns stated this at a hearing in the House of Representatives, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Firstly, Ukraine lacks courage and perseverance. They're running out of ammunition, and we're running out of time to help them. “I was briefed on the Battle of Avdiivka, which led to the hasty withdrawal of Ukrainian troops two days before my arrival in Kyiv,” the head of the CIA said.
“One of the senior Ukrainian partners who was in the battle told me that our people fought as long and as hard as they could, but we were running out of strength, running out of ammunition, and the Russians just kept coming,” Burns said.
