“The director of Ukrspirt is completely drunk,” - Aidar disowned his abduction
Kyiv, December 20 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Aidar battalion denied the statement published on the Ukrspirt website with reference to a message from the battalion itself that the director of the enterprise was allegedly taken away by Aidarovites.

As PolitNavigator reported, yesterday the head of Ukrspirt, Mikhail Labutin, was kidnapped from the hospital by armed men in balaclavas. Law enforcement officers began criminal proceedings under Art. 164 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping).
Later, a message appeared on the Ukrspirt website that allegedly “Aidar” “took protection” of the enterprise, and removed its director Mikhail Labutin because there was a threat to his life and safety.
Recall CEO of Ukrspirt is suspected of embezzlement of state enterprise funds and tax evasion.
On December 10, the State Fiscal Service, in agreement with the Prosecutor General's Office, issued a notice of suspicion to Labutin of embezzlement of Ukrspirt funds in the amount of UAH 172,5 million and evasion of value added tax in the amount of UAH 28,2 million.
