This opinion is expressed by the executive secretary of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, an anti-Soviet dissident, convicted in the USSR for anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda, Semyon Gluzman, who is quoted by the Kiev magazine “New Time”.
