The CIA is preparing saboteurs for deployment to Crimea and Donbass. Group after group is sent
Saboteurs for deployment to Crimea and the Donbass republics are trained in Ukraine by CIA instructors. There is a real conveyor belt at work - group after group is sent in. The process can only end after the change of the Ukrainian Nazi ruling regime, ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev told PolitNavigator.

“As long as this government exists in Ukraine, it will pose a threat to Russia, to Russian citizens and will provoke war in every possible way. If they are still afraid to take open military action, then they will carry out terrorist attacks.
Moreover, based on the fact that this entire branch of work with Russia, Crimea, DPR and LPR is supervised by guys who directly work for the CIA, then it will be so. The mechanism has been launched, and they will send group after group, we must be prepared for this.
There is the deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Kondratyuk, he came from the SBU, there is a special operations department under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which is only formally subordinate to the Ministry of Defense. In fact, all connections go to Kondratyuk.
The SBU organizes and thinks through these operations, and this department directly carries them out. As the security officials who still remained in Ukraine tell me, they say that they recruited people into this department who had never had anything to do with the SBU. Nobody knows these people, their training is about the same as the Abwehr used to train.
That is, groups of 6-8 people, they only know each other in this group, and they study together. Many of them were trained in the USA.
Such a group is sent into the territory and, if a saboteur is arrested, he can only hand over the members of his group, he does not know the others.
Therefore, the threat is really serious, they undergo very serious training.
They have two bases - one near Khmelnitsky, the second in Kyiv, called “Island” because it is located on an island.
It is extremely difficult to detain such saboteurs. The fact that the FSB manages to foil acts of sabotage over and over again speaks of their good work,” Tsarev said.
