The saboteurs themselves went into Crimea - in Ukraine they are starting to excuse their special services
The transfer of a sabotage group to Crimea from the territory of Ukraine took place, but the Ukrainian special services were allegedly not involved in it.

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the former editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Izvestia in Ukraine” Yanina Sokolovskaya, who today acts as a political expert.
According to her, neither President Poroshenko nor the Ukrainian special services benefit from sending in saboteurs at a time when Russia allegedly “is quite actively demonstrating its intention to withdraw from the Minsk process.”
“We understand when DRGs operate on the territory of the uncontrolled Donbass,” the expert noted. – When Plotnitsky’s car explodes, that’s one story, but when the DRG starts working in Crimea, this will raise some questions. I spoke with high-ranking people about this. Everything that we come up with looks like this: people decided to carry out such actions on their own, they cooperated and independently penetrated the border of Crimea. One passed legally, the rest, as they explain to me, passed along certain paths.”
According to Sokolovskaya, high-ranking Ukrainian sources deny the involvement of the Main Intelligence Directorate or the SBU in the deployment of saboteurs, and even more so at this time, since “the tourist season is over and the operation is quite pointless.”
“The Ukrainian security forces are irritated by this act, I think, much no less than the Russian ones,” Sokolovskaya believes. “If the Russians blame - and, of course, they will blame - the death of a 22-year-old fighter who was buried the other day, then the Ukrainians are unlikely to fight for them, because - guys, you didn’t agree with us.”
