Alchevsk, October 15 (PolitNavigator, Sergey Rulev) – In Alchevsk, where the headquarters of the “Ghost” brigade of Alexei Mozgovoy is located, unknown persons hoisted the flag of Ukraine on the chimney of the boiler room.

A PolitNavigator correspondent witnessed how the militia, having discovered the banner, took it down and then burned it.
