Designer Lebedev glorified Transnistria to the Arctic Ocean
Russian designer Artemy Lebedev allowed everyone to use the Transnistria logo, which was developed by his studio, but which was rejected by the authorities of the unrecognized republic.
He announced this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Please print T-shirts, create souvenirs. People really like the logo. I invite you to download it and enjoy. And at the same time I invite you to come to Pridnestrovie. It's just good there. And there is black caviar,” Lebedev said.
The TSV television channel clarifies that the image can be used for commercial purposes only with the permission of the copyright holder - the PMR Ministry of Economy. The logo has already been used for uniform T-shirts by the Tiraspol intellectual game team. She also used the slogan invented by Lebedev: “From the creators of the USSR.”
After Lebedev published his video, Pridnestrovie set a new record for queries on Google. Most of the requests came from the Yamalo-Nenets Okrug and Khanty-Mansiysk.
Let us remind you that the logo did not suit the leadership of Transnistria, because the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky really wanted the silhouette of the monument to Suvorov installed in Tiraspol to be present on the emblem.
