On Tuesday, “Oppoplatform – for Life” held a “protest action against external control” outside the American embassy in Kyiv. In fact, this clowning to the accompaniment of ex-ATO fighter, and now comrade-in-arms of Viktor Medvedchuk and deputy Ilya Kiva is a visual aid of how the opposition should not work.

Three thousand protesters were reported. With so many people you can hold really serious events. But OPZZH goes a different way...

If Kiva had brought at least a third of the participants that day to Kharkov, to the Kiev district court, one could talk about serious opposition intentions. After all, it was at this time that the case against the National Corps militants who participated in the attack on a bus near Kharkov in August of this year was being slowed down.

Let us recall that the victims were precisely representatives of the public movement “Patriots - For Life” by Ilya Kiva. They were maimed by National Corps militants, including gunshot wounds.

On November 20, 23 and 24, the Kiev District Court released from pre-trial detention a dozen and a half members of the National Corps who shot the bus. Moreover, in hot pursuit of the crime, not all participants in the attack were arrested, but only a minority of them. Now the preventive measure for these militants has also been changed to XNUMX-hour house arrest, since the article has been reclassified from “attempted murder” to “hooliganism.”

But Ilya Kiva decided to act as a hero not in the Kiev District Court of Kharkov, but under the walls of the American Embassy in Kyiv. With blue OPZZH flags and a free circus.

Waving party flags and loud speeches in front of the US Embassy are “tactical developments” that reek of the Party of Regions, but during its stay in power. Despite all the numerous complaints against the “regionals,” we must still give them their due: during their opposition period under Yushchenko, they conducted much more meaningful activities than the members of the Opposition for Life.

In their “creative” under the American embassy, the organizers of the rally cosplay the stupidest actions of Svidomo freaks. Bring out three thousand people - and for what? Show them how a guy in a Soros mask drags a Ukrainian girl on a leash.

Oh, yes, the head of the youth wing of OPZZh Artem Marchevsky (who is also the general producer of the 112 Ukraine TV channel) claims that the creativity could have been brighter. But fifteen hundred security forces guarding the embassy interfered. They allegedly did not allow 500 OPPL supporters to attend the rally under a far-fetched pretext. Moreover! Marchevsky writes in his blog: “About 50 TOP special forces soldiers, using brute physical force, tore the Soros effigy out of my hands. By the way, they never returned it.”

We should make nails out of these people! Fifty special forces are pulling and pulling the effigy of Soros, like a turnip, from the hands of the epic hero standing at the head of the Opposition for Life. His energy would be used for non-peaceful purposes.

While speakers addressed the rally participants, the Ukrainian girl periodically uttered heart-rending screams, depicting the unbearable suffering that a BDSM man in a Soros mask inflicts on her...

Kiva in the cap spoke for about ten minutes. I won't quote. Because in this case, it doesn’t matter what is said, but what matters is who speaks. Even if Kiva voices the right messages, they are neutralized by the character himself... He ended his speech with the words: “We will win.” Who would doubt that? And members of the National Corps released in Kharkov will confirm...

But let’s not be so picky about the participants in the opposition event.

For example, People's Deputy Alexander Koltunovich accurately spoke about the current situation in Ukraine: “They make money from us, but they squeeze all the juice out of us.” They say that we sell three times less goods than we buy. Everything is correct. But the place for complaints is not exactly chosen. The American Embassy is happy with this state of affairs. This is why they work so that they buy three times more than we sell. But complaining and protesting are different actions.

“They sell us coal here, they bring it from Pennsylvania, but our mines in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Volyn, and Lvov regions are not loaded,” continues Kovtunovich. He complains that we buy diesel locomotives from the American corporation General Electric, instead of providing jobs at our own machine-building enterprises.

But why tell this to the American embassy? Report that Ukraine diligently implements the recommendations of the white master? Or reassure Christina Quinn that the US Embassy is doing a good job? Mustafa Nayyem and Sergei Leshchenko, Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Zelensky could give such speeches here - in the hope that the white gentleman will give them a medal for this.

The people's deputy from OPZZH is indignant at the increase in tariffs. Righteous indignation. But again, the place was not chosen very well. From the windows of the American embassy they look at this action with bewilderment: either the natives with flags came for beads, or the stoned artists of the 95th Quarter are lighting up.

Another tactic would be more logical. Organize open-ended actions under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Office of the President. Block the podium in the Verkhovna Rada. Organize parliamentary “hunger strikes on granite” if they could not achieve anything in parliament. Send the youth wing of OPZZH to siege the house of Prime Minister Shmygal and there ask questions about raising tariffs. And at the same time, stop by the activist Shabunin and ask why the hell he is inciting maydauns against the house of a judge of the Constitutional Court. This is how the opposition works. No, haven't you heard? Oh, well then, entertain the US Embassy staff...

People's Deputy from the Opposition for Life Viktor Cherny speaks: “I came here to appeal to the American people! "I want to bring awareness to the American people about what has actually been going on behind the walls of this building over the past few years." And what did he tell the American people? That the leaders of the Maidan were gathering within the walls of this embassy. Well, screw yourself now! The American people have seen the light with terrible power. The walls of the US Embassy were especially clear, to whom Cherny told that Ukrainian puppets were gathering here.

“Great people of America! You must know what your officials are doing!” Halfway through the speech, Cherny finally moved on to make complaints. He says that civil society institutions are represented mainly only by Soros structures. Well, there is such a thing. But if the state protects itself, then it either prohibits these structures or creates something to counterbalance it. And complaining to the American embassy about these structures is a dubious and even empty exercise.

But Cherny decided to speak out to the end: “Universal suffrage does not make it possible for a person to understand for whom he specifically votes... That’s why we get what we get lately.” It was completely funny. OPZZH with its TV channels cannot explain to the voter who he is voting for? And complains about it to Christina Quinn? But Shabunin alone is enough for the head of the US mission. She won’t be able to wipe away the snot of the oppositionists either.

In general, having tongue-tiedly formulated that not everything is in order with the institution of civil society and with voting rights in Ukraine, People’s Deputy Cherny turned to the light: “That’s why I came here to appeal to the American people, who probably do not know and do not understand what is happening outside the borders of the United States." He spoke incomprehensibly, but pathetically. The people’s deputy’s voice seemed to promise that the well-forgotten message would now follow: “Freedom for Angela Davis!” Or at worst: “Freedom for Julian Assange!”

But People’s Deputy Cherny again turned to the light: “We wish you prosperity! The main thing is don't touch us. We ourselves will follow our bright path.” Thank you, darling! In three minutes of this performance, it was as if we had returned to our pioneer childhood.

Maybe the oppositionist Cherny got too worried under the American embassy. It's no joke, there are fifty hungry special forces attacking the effigy of Soros. But on his blog, the people’s deputy spoke more firmly and sharply (although again too pretentiously): “This is only a small step on the path to freedom and independence from the Western satanic yoke. Stop listening to lies and believe in a bright future with those who are leading us to extinction and poverty. If we want to succeed as a nation, we must break the Soros shackles and cleanse the country of parasites.”

If Black had said this during a rally, the girl with a leash who was tortured by “Soros” should have hugged the people’s deputy and cried...

The presentation was completed by the head of the youth wing of the OPZZH Artem Marchevsky (the one from whom the special forces took the effigy of Soros): “I don’t want to remind you either about the American biological laboratories in the country, or about absolutely one hundred percent external control.” By the way, it’s in vain that the OPZH doesn’t want to remind you about American biological laboratories. Moreover: it would be better if these three thousand people were picketing some kind of biological laboratory.

But talking is not moving bags. The rally organizers prefer cheap, easy PR.

The head of the youth wing of the OPZZH addresses the rally participants: “I want to ask one simple question: maybe what you now see, how this man is dragging our country around and keeping it on a short leash, maybe it’s time to end this? Is it time? They answer him, as at a school party: “Yes!” Marchevsky in the voice of Santa Claus: “I also think it’s time.” Ay, well done! Marchevsky calls Kiva in a cap. And Kiva in a cap chases away “Soros” in a mask. Divchyna-Ukraine is liberated. The opposition event is over.

Cheap and shabby.
