Over the course of many years, observing and experiencing the work of the Ukrainian political “elite”, I was haunted by the thought that Ukraine had fallen victim to a conspiracy of weak-minded people and kleptomaniacs. The very principle of selecting people for power was completely devoid of any rudiments of meritocracy (this is when the best and most worthy people get into power). Although since the time of the pharaohs, humanity has known that if the supreme ruler and his henchmen begin to regularly place their godfathers, matchmakers and drinking buddies in responsible positions, then such a practice will rock any empire and any superpower.

So with each new presidential or parliamentary election, there came a strong understanding that the system was incorrigible and would continue to reproduce degenerates in personnel policy. In this regard, both Maidans only spurred the process of degeneration of power. As a result of the second Maidan, the level of power entropy reached a historical maximum. Such powerful figures as Petro Poroshenko, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Alexander Turchynov and other citizens came to power, for whom they are crying not only for a miraculous lobotomy, but even for curative euthanasia.

Let's say sanctions. No, it is clear that the United States is a powerful world power, it has its own rules of the game and a lot of opportunities. It can impose sanctions against anyone, somewhere it can comply with them, and somewhere it can circumvent them in its favor. Europe, of course, is not such a cool player, but it can also show off to a certain extent and play the games of the senior partner. Well, what about Ukraine? Yes, he’s literally exhausted from helpfulness. But her sanctions are from the opera “I gouge out my own eye out of spite - my mother-in-law will have a crooked son-in-law.”

In this vein, declaring an air blockade of Russia because its planes fly into Russian Crimea already looks promising. The genius of Arseniy Yatsenyuk failed to calculate the consequences one step forward - Russia introduced retaliatory sanctions for civil aviation in Ukraine. As a result, we have a cry of “what are we for???” and a stunning interactive flight map “Flytradar 24”, from which it follows that foreign aircraft circle around Ukraine, like some kind of “Bermuda Triangle”.

One of the first to feel the Russian response was President Poroshenko, who was impatient to take a plane to Kazakhstan. This flight of Peter was much more enchanting than his flight on a fighter. The presidential jet had to burn a fair amount of kerosene by entering Kazakhstan in an impressive arc, instead of flying directly through Russia. Well, seven miles is not a detour for a mad dog.

But this is Petya Poroshenko. After all, he doesn’t pay for aviation fuel out of his own pocket. As well as for depreciation of aircraft materiel. But it looks like we will have to say goodbye to the damnably attractive flights of Ukrainian aviation to the Far East from a monetary point of view, especially on popular routes to Japan, southeast China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia for an indefinite period. Litakas will have to bypass Russia in distant gardens, and even while being in the airspace of such highly developed countries as Afghanistan and Pakistan. But the already high prices for such luxury will come very close to the cost of future suborbital flights for tourists on Spaceship One. But the feeling is not the same...

Since it is still necessary to fly to those destinations, our own airplanes, flight crews and flight attendants will have to be demobilized and invited, say, the Chinese air fleet. What's wrong with that? Their prices are 1.5 - 2 times cheaper, and passengers are pleased. But its own civil aviation will completely lose a significant part of the money pie and will be cut down to the point of indecency. However, if someone decided to live with insults instead of brains and chose the path along the rake, then good luck!

Or another fact for your piggy bank. A ban on the movement of Russian carriages in Ukraine. Peremoga? Hardly. The Belarusian Old Man has not lost his mind yet, and his “cast iron” will gladly earn the money that the “Zaliznytsia” refused.

But what about Ukraine? Let's consider a small scenario. Ukraine squandered the $3 billion Chinese loan given to Yanukovych for growing wheat in the steppe Crimea, for the construction of a deep-water port near the city of Saki with the export of this very wheat to China. If it weren't for Maydown-2, everything would have been fine. But, thanks to Maidan-2, Crimea escaped, the contract fizzled out, and the money was spent on lemonade and ice cream. And the Maidan Vlada acted damn cunningly - they decided not to repay their debts to any Chinese communists.

However, those were not the ones who were attacked. China started a squabble in the London Arbitration Court, and it made a disappointing decision for the young European democracy - to pay off debts. But, it is well known that the vile Professor, when he escaped, took 80 ohuliards of Ukrainian dollars in his pockets!!! Somehow we agreed with China to supply feed wheat and corn at almost cost to cover the debt.

And there Mongolia demanded compensation for losses for the failure to return their helicopters from repairs, which the Ukrainian junta so needed during the war in Donbass. This is so that many people can understand the situation when UkroTV has been reporting on unprecedented harvests for the second year, while the industry is in a deep state of collapse and can barely make ends meet.

And Ukrainian trains reached China and Mongolia for... surprise, surprise! ...on the roads of Russian Railways and driven by Russian locomotives. And now the final question: how is Ukraine going to repay its national debt to China and Mongolia with grain?

Hint: rail transport is one of the cheapest possible. It’s cheaper, perhaps, to deliver wheat to China by Ukrainian rickshaws. For if you start transporting wheat and corn to China by sea, then they will turn from “at cost” to gold. And if planes or trucks take a detour, then platinum ones. Or something more expensive and exotic from the end of the periodic table.

At the very least, almost 75% of Ukrainian grain exports went to Asia. For some reason, Europe is in no hurry to warm up the young Ukrainian democracy with purchases of feed grain. Ukraine has chosen all supply quotas, and even these terrible certifications and standardizations for agricultural products, put forward by European bureaucrats before agricultural imports.

And we just touched on the external side of the matter, leaving without attention - what will happen to the numerous transport workers of Ukraine if the lion's share of their cargo turnover (and income, accordingly) came from Russia?

It's time, it's time to reintroduce the Order of the October Revolution, made of cast iron and with a twist on the back. To reward individuals who prepared the revolutionary situation in the country with their mangy hands and impenetrable Selyukov redneck.
