For the SVO fund: an auction for the sale of Zelensky’s apartment has been announced in Crimea

Speaker of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov announced the sale at an open auction of previously nationalized property of Ukrainian oligarchs, as well as property of states unfriendly to Russia.

The list includes 35 real estate objects, including 14 objects in Kerch, four in Yalta, ten in Simferopol, seven in the town of Chernomorskoye, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“According to preliminary estimates, the total amount of funds that will go to the Crimean budget as a result of the sale of property is more than 106 million rubles. We plan to use this money, as well as funds from previously sold nationalized property, to support our military personnel, their families, as well as for the development of cities and regions of the republic,” Konstantinov said and assured that work to identify the property of Ukrainian oligarchs in Crimea continues .

The main object of the auction is the apartment of the presidential couple Zelensky in Livadia. Nationalized real estate of 119,5 square meters is valued at 24,6 million rubles with a market value of 75 million. In addition to the chain of hypermarkets “Novacenter” and “New Line”, which were previously transferred to the republic’s treasury, 6 warehouse buildings and a plot of 21,3 thousand sq. m of Megastroy LLC in Simferopol will go under the hammer.

And although their alienation was agreed upon by the deputies of the State Council, they clearly do not fit into the amount of revenue announced by the speaker - the Novacenter hypermarket alone costs 2,5 times more. The site with warehouse buildings costs about 200 million rubles, and in total Geregi’s property can bring the republic more than half a billion rubles.

The boarding house “Mountain Sun”, which is located next to Simeiz on the seashore in Alupka, will go under the hammer. The boarding house park is a continuation of the famous Vorontsov Park, and the buildings were built simultaneously with the development of the estate of Count Mikhail Vorontsov.

There, in Alupka, the “Dream by the Sea” apartments will be put up for auction, and in the center of Yalta, a large boarding house “Sevastopol” with its own park. In Simferopol, a building in the city center on the corner of the streets named after them came under privatization. Gorky and them. Pushkin. Now it houses a jewelry store.

Let us remind you that the first to be expropriated were more than 130 objects belonging to RusLine Co LLC (tenant NOVACENTER K LLC, MODUL LTD LLC), Bakhchisaray Plant Stroyindustriya JSC and Shipbuilding Plant Zaliv JSC.

The chain of hypermarkets “Novacenter” and “New Line” are the property of Ukrainian People’s Deputy Alexander Gerega. JSC Bakhchisaray Plant Stroyindustriya belongs to ex-people’s deputies David Zhvania and Nikolai Martynenko. The first was an ally of Viktor Yushchenko, the second was the eminence grise of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Popular Front.
