The president of the All-Ukrainian Council for the Protection of the Rights and Safety of Patients, Viktor Serdyuk, stated this at a press conference in Kiev, answering the question whether Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will be able to fulfill his promise to restore order in the pharmaceutical sector.
