The president of the All-Ukrainian Council for the Protection of the Rights and Safety of Patients, Viktor Serdyuk, stated this at a press conference in Kiev, answering the question whether Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will be able to fulfill his promise to restore order in the pharmaceutical sector.

“He will succeed if he cancels the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution on additional taxes on medicines,” the expert believes. – After reducing taxes, prices will instantly fall by 20 percent. But he won’t do this and doesn’t want to – he needs the money for Yatsenyuk’s wall.”
