The military prosecutor's office will ask the court to impose the maximum punishment on the suspected soldiers of the Tornado special police patrol company.

Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios said this on air on “112 Ukraine”.
“Based on the totality of the crimes and the totality of the punishment provided for under these articles, we will ask for maximum terms of imprisonment,” he said.
Matios said that since June, investigators have collected all possible evidence through legal means. A large number of examinations were carried out, including psychiatric ones.
“A huge number of examinations were carried out, including psychiatric examinations of all suspects in order to give the main answer - these are adequate people, they are capable, they were aware of their criminal, ultra-cruel actions or not. The examinations recognized them all as people who performed these actions with absolute memory and being legally capable,” he clarified.
Anatoly Matios also added that all the articles of the Criminal Code that the military prosecutor’s office incriminated the fighters of the Tornado company remained.
