The head of the analytical center Expert Council, Iskander Khisamov, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The modern democratic system is too complex for Ukraine,” the expert believes. – The Ukrainian state cannot function while observing all parliamentary democratic procedures: checks and balances, control of branches of government, free media, pluralism and, most importantly, the primacy of the law... If Korban had simply been put up against the wall and shot according to revolutionary laws, then everything would have been fine . But they can’t tinker with procedural things.”
