Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the RF Ministry of Defense in reserve Vladimir Trukhan stated this on air on the PolitWera Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He added that the “calibration” of the Ukrainian infrastructure was not developed in one day, not to mention the preparation for partial mobilization, which began at the dawn of the Northern Military District.
