“There are situations when people are completely satisfied with the premises, its location and price, but they refuse to rent because of the history of the building. Some people talk about the ghosts that walk here, some believe that the building is almost cursed and should burn down again,” realtor Anna Rosenberg told reporters.

On the other hand, as manager Rosenberg boasted, “the administration has an ambitious idea - to build a helipad on the roof to transport the wounded to a military hospital.” He is generally optimistic:
“The building is being updated and rejuvenated. Previously, it was always dirty, homeless people and robberies, but now the building is coming to life and being reborn. Odessa residents work here for Odessa residents, people feed their families and pay taxes.”
By the way, I know very well that there will be those who will say - “but life really goes on!” and other imbecile things about life “on the positive.” Only I have a different opinion. This is if, let’s say, a drunkard lights a cigarette in bed and burns down the apartment along with the front door, then after his funeral you can improve life in the house, and “feed your families,” and do yoga on the balcony, and hang out your panties and put bows on your dogs; children's laughter and all that stuff. But committing one of the worst crimes in modern history is not a continuation of life, but also a crime.
