“Many losses on the part of our enemy are deliberately underestimated so that the demoralized army takes part anyway. For example, there were zero casualties near Amvrosievka. Our field commanders say that about 300 people died. The once resort areas of our region, the village of Churovo, Blue Lakes, according to the testimony of divers who descended to the bottom, are covered with the bodies of the dead,” Pushilin said at a press conference in Moscow, saying that the families of the victims are being told about “desertion.”
According to the speaker of the Supreme Council of the DPR, the leadership of the republic is trying to solve not only “power issues”, but also socio-economic ones.
“Priority payment programs are being adopted to increase payments. Now this program exists: a number of agreements with the Russian Federation on the provision of quotas for graduates of the DPR and LPR. We must take care of our children. We are in civil war mode. We have not resorted to shutting down enterprises; we want to make do with the least possible losses. People who are zombified by the Ukrainian media. They display - 100% of the media - as terrorists, separatists, Russia only as occupiers, aggressors; under such pressure of information, combatants actually do not see a different picture. One simple question puts everything on its head: why, if Russia is the aggressor, do refugees go to Russia and not to Kyiv. No one can say the exact number of refugees. According to the Russian Federation, 400 thousand people moved in,” Pushilin said.
Let us remind you that the ATO headquarters has repeatedly stated that the militias are suffering serious losses. Tens and even hundreds of deaths are regularly reported. In particular, the speaker of the ATO headquarters, Vladislav Seleznev, said that 300 militiamen died near Yampol. DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov said that losses do not exceed 50 people.
