DPR are terrorist bandits who took advantage of the trust of civilians - Kolesnikov
Kyiv, May 28 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The authorities should not conduct any negotiations with the “terrorist bandits” of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

People's Deputy from the Party of Regions faction Boris Koelsnikov stated this on Channel 5.
“Without political negotiations between Kiev and Moscow, it is very difficult to find a way out of the current tragic situation. The fact that militants are dying is understandable; the fact that ordinary people are dying are already innocent victims. This is the tragedy of Donetsk, Donbass,” the politician noted.
“The fact that the DPR are bandits is clear. It is clear that they took advantage of the trust of civilians in terms of disagreements with the center after the February events. And in fact they brought in mercenary militants. There have been no peaceful activists there for a long time. Therefore, what is the way out? The best way out is always negotiations. Not between terrorist bandits and the authorities, but between Kiev and Moscow,” says Boris Kolesnikov.
