The DPR and LPR are no longer under the jurisdiction of Ukraine
Ukrainian politicians have long lost their sense of reality and are redrawing the agenda and terms of negotiations almost daily.
The special representative of the LPR at the negotiations on Donbass in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine today has drawn a number of “red lines”, like a zebra crossing, they are already crossing each other, you have already crossed out all obligations to such an extent, in a couple of days only the lazy one has not spoken out about the “red lines”. You went through all the points of the Minsk agreements, you drew “red lines” everywhere, some non-existent obligations, and you are arguing from the position of some unknown ruler who determines who has a title and who does not, to whom I grant the right to live and to whom - No! Gentlemen, we are not interested in this.
From the point of view of the negotiator, I am absolutely not interested in what is happening in your country, we are not in the jurisdiction of Ukraine, we left it a long time ago. The DPR and LPR exist much longer than the WUNR and UNR existed, about which you have been singing songs for 100 years! The further this happens, the more certain state entities are formed that will never agree to any of your terms of agreement,” Miroshnik said.
“The Minister of Foreign Affairs comes out and says: “The main red line is that we will not negotiate with them.” Is this a person speaking in his right mind? You signed the Minsk agreements, in which at least two paragraphs say “in discussion and in agreement with representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk.” This is a document approved by the UN Security Council.
Or do you already exist outside of international law? You exist in some kind of your own reality, which you create for yourself every single day,” the negotiator added.
Thank you!
