“In the work of the political subgroup, which meets more intensively than the others, in order to move the process forward, we have prepared a schedule with adequate deadlines for the implementation of each item of the political part of the Set of Measures. It was prepared based on the current legislation of Ukraine and the regulations of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as the norms of the OSCE ODIHR,” Deinego explained.
According to him, if the presented plan is implemented, the parties will be able to fully ensure the implementation of the political points of the set of measures in terms of amending the Constitution of Ukraine, providing for the permanent establishment of the special status of certain regions of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the adoption of a law on local elections, and an amnesty for participants in the events in Donbass and lifting the economic blockade.
