This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine - Chief of Staff Petr Mehed at a briefing on Friday, February 13.
“If we take into account the fact that today we have an agreement to cease fire from 0:00 on February 15, then Russian-terrorist troops received, according to my information, the task of raising the flag over Debaltseve and in Mariupol,” Mehed claims.
According to him, the Ministry of Defense expects an escalation of the situation in these areas and is taking all necessary measures to repel fire attacks by militants.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts expect an aggravation of the situation in Donbass by February 15: the parties will try to establish control over as much territory as possible.
