The DPR will open centers on the border with Ukraine for consultations on obtaining passports of the republic
On the demarcation line between the DPR and Ukraine, consultation centers will be created between checkpoints to explain the conditions for obtaining citizenship, undergoing treatment or entering universities in the DPR.
The head of the republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this during the presentation of the program to support the population in the territories of Donbass temporarily occupied by Ukraine.

According to him, it is impossible to significantly simplify the procedure for crossing the border today due to the ongoing provocations from Ukraine and the threat of sabotage actions.
“We discussed the organization of centers that would provide legal services right on the demarcation line, provide some advice on obtaining our passports, on the education or treatment of children and residents themselves in our medical institutions. This will be created,” Zakharchenko said.
