“Today there was an order to form a border service that will serve on the border. We are ready to conclude an agreement with Kiev, to serve on our own territory: not a single Ukrainian border guard will enter our land,” Zakharchenko said.
“On local elections: order to the People's Council to prepare documents. We will pass on our law on local self-government, which was adopted by our People's Council, and local elections will be held according to this law. Further.
