DPR has published a list of Ukrainian war criminals: A lawsuit is being prepared in the European Court
A representative of the DPR Prosecutor General's Office provided a list of representatives of the Ukrainian special services who were engaged in torturing prisoners in the outskirts of the SBU. This list also includes judges who made decisions, prosecutors and state prosecutors.
The head of the investigative department of the DPR General Prosecutor's Office, Roman Belous, stated this today at a press conference in Donetsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova, who was also present at the press conference, stated that all testimonies of people returning from captivity will be sent to the European Court of Human Rights in the future:
“People who returned from Ukrainian captivity are living witnesses to the violation of human rights by the state of Ukraine. Their testimony will become the basis of criminal case materials, which will subsequently be sent to the European Court of Human Rights,” she noted.
