This was stated during a press conference by the co-chairman of the interim government of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” Denis Pushilin.
“We saw what was happening in Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. 10 people were killed. More than 30 wounded are in hospitals. They shoot unarmed residents who form a human chain not to allow armored vehicles to pass through,” Pushilin said.
“It’s hard to talk about some kind of united Ukraine. Kyiv has committed... crossed the line after which there is no return,” he believes.
In his opinion, the Kiev authorities “took a number of the most brutal steps. Now radicals are being used in their bloodiest manifestations.”
“Kyiv’s biggest problem is that they have to use tanks against unarmed people,” Pushilin said.

As Navigator reported, the “people's governor” of Luhansk region previously announced the mobilization and reassignment of the security sector.
