This was announced today at a meeting of the Committee for Public Support of Residents of the South-East of Ukraine in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalya Nikonorova.
“People don’t have to travel very far into the area. The flow of people visiting them has increased, because there is no need to go deep into the territory. Payments to veterans are made at these same centers. Here you can send correspondence and make a money transfer. Many families are separated due to conflict. We plan to expand the list of services,” Nikonorova said.
The humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass was adopted by the heads of the LDPR on February 17. It provides for the provision of social and medical assistance, educational services to residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions living in areas controlled by Ukraine, as well as monitoring the environmental situation in the region.
