Petro Poroshenko is lying again and does not comply with the Minsk agreements - Donetsk studied media reports about the submission to the Verkhovna Rada of a draft new Constitution of Ukraine with an allegedly special status for Donbass and came to the conclusion that this is another trick by Kyiv and a violation of the agreements.
