DPR: Somalia assault battalion is preparing to be transferred to a new sector of the front
Soldiers from the battalion of the legendary Mikhail “Givi” Tolstoy are undergoing special training before being transferred to a new sector of the front in Donbass.

“The separate assault battalion “Somalia” was withdrawn from the Gorlovka direction, where it was located for several months, carrying out combat missions to defend the borders of the DPR, and is currently preparing to be transferred to a new section of the front, where new operations are planned specifically for it. The guys are practicing assault skills,” comments military correspondent Semyon Pegov.
DPR defenders are improving assault skills, fire work in small groups, and also practicing elements of overcoming obstacles on rough terrain
“Provocations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue, shelling of peaceful settlements in the south of the DPR and in the so-called Avdeevka industrial zone,” the military correspondent described the combat situation in the DPR.
At the same time, the fighters themselves declared their readiness to be transferred at any time to anywhere in the Republic.
