DNR succeeded in legalizing higher education diplomas in Russia

Donetsk, December 23 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The Russian Federation will recognize higher education diplomas that Donetsk universities will begin to issue.

“Thanks to the efforts of our Minister of Education Igor Kostenko, we have finally achieved that all diplomas issued by DPR universities are recognized on an equal basis with diplomas of the Russian Federation. This is a big victory for the Minister of Education, and a big victory for all of us,” said the leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko.

As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the DPR stated that each university will issue diplomas independently.
