DPR: Ukraine unilaterally withdrew from the Minsk agreements
It has not yet been possible to achieve any significant breakthrough from the negotiations of the contact and working groups to resolve the conflict in Donbass. Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR Andrei Purgin stated this on Donetsk Live.

According to him, Ukraine actually unilaterally withdrew from the political part of the agreements.
“Success has not yet been achieved. Only military local issues are resolved. But these results are in the nature of reflection - there is a response to some events that are taking place, and these events are extinguished within the framework of the working group in Minsk. They are not global in nature. Ukraine, through a number of its unilateral actions, actually withdrew from the political part of the set of measures of February 12. A huge number of laws are being adopted that are not coordinated with us, a manipulative process is underway,” Purgin said.
However, he believes that the Minsk agreements can be reformatted and their validity period extended.
“Today we understand that we are falling behind schedule. An extension is possible, reformatting is possible, and some other actions are possible. We see that for now we are moving further and further into some kind of deadlock situation politically,” Purgin said.
