DPR captured the Ministry of Revenue: Kyiv will not receive taxes from Donbass (PHOTO)
Donetsk, June 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Shalyapin) – Today in Donetsk a rather significant event took place, the consequences of which may play a big role in the further development of the situation in Donbass. Today, the DPR government decided to reassign to the republican leadership the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Revenue in the Donetsk region, which previously carried out its activities under the direct control of the Kyiv authorities.

Accordingly, all revenues to the regional budget were sent to Kyiv, from where payments of salaries, pensions, and social benefits were regulated. However, according to the leadership of the DPR, Kyiv has discredited itself by simply depriving the residents of Slavyansk of their means of subsistence.
Let us remind you that payments to state employees of all categories stopped coming to Slavyansk from Kyiv without explanation.
To avoid a similar situation in Donetsk and other cities of the region and to restore the budgetary sector of Slavyansk, such a decision was made.
Representatives of the DPR came to the department building, on Artema Street 114, accompanied by representatives of the Russian Orthodox Army (RPA) and RPA fighters, who were guarding the external territory of the department.
According to representatives of the management itself, everything was very polite and correct, there was not even a hint of any conflict situation.
After talking with the heads of departments and the entire department in general, it was decided to continue negotiations directly in the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
The management management reacted with understanding to the situation that arose and negotiations are currently underway.
It was also decided to temporarily let the department’s employees go home until the whole situation is finally clarified.
Especially for those who live far enough from work, a bus was arranged that will take them home. No, even minimal damage was caused to the building or property itself, the environment around is peaceful and calm.
As Navigator reported, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada with a report on the 100 days of government work, said that by the end of June, official Kiev can receive only half of the usual budget revenues from Donbass enterprises. He noted that Donbass is a region that provides Ukraine with foreign exchange earnings. “If foreign exchange earnings do not come in, our gold and foreign exchange reserves are not replenished, and there will be difficulties with the exchange rate,” the prime minister admitted.
