This was discussed at a meeting of the DPR leadership with the business circles of Donetsk, during which entrepreneurs whose business is closely connected with the coal industry raised the question of the impossibility of full-fledged work without mine explosives.

The head of the administration, Maxim Leshchenko, said that negotiations are already underway on the supply of mine explosives from the Russian Federation. “We are currently negotiating with Russian manufacturers about the supply of explosives. Today on my desk there is a paper from Russian fuses manufacturers with a price that, in general, suits our miners. “Soon we will be delivering explosives and fuses to the mines from the Russian Federation.”
