Ukrainian media admit that the West, under the influence of Russia, is beginning to change its position towards the war in Donbass.
The Kiev magazine Focus writes about this, in particular, indicating that a number of recent events indicate that “Russia’s propaganda pressure on the West is already having an effect, and not in favor of Ukraine.”

“Kyiv’s request to send international observers to Donbass, in addition to the OSCE mission, has not been satisfied,” the publication emphasizes. – The IMF refused to recognize Ukraine’s debt to Russia as private (that is, subject to restructuring). We are talking about $3 billion received in exchange for sovereign bonds at the end of 2013. And high officials of the EU started talking about the fact that Kiev could continue to implement the Minsk agreements unilaterally, without waiting for “reciprocity” from the “DPR” and “LPR”: provide Donbass with a new status and hold an amnesty for the separatists, despite the fact that the militants “have not yet withdrawn all weapons from the line of contact between the parties to the conflict and continue to conduct local offensives in the ATO zone.”
