“I think that time “H”, the final point of this process will be somewhere in the period 2020 - 2022, when local elections in Ukraine will end, there will be a new Ukrainian government, then the construction of Nord Stream 2 will end, and the project will earn. Then the questions will be posed rudely: either we are brotherly, or we are honestly resolving the situation in Ukraine,” Bortnik is sure.
