Gaidar’s daughter boasts that she has learned the language. Don't care about Russian oppression
The fugitive Russian liberal, now an adviser to the President of Ukraine and a deputy of the Odessa Regional Council, Maria Gaidar, learned the Ukrainian language from the series “Game of Thrones,” which was dubbed into “Mova.” She stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Gaidar, she really wanted to learn Ukrainian, for which she read books and watched films exclusively in the language.

“I read, I watched TV series, for example, I watched Game of Thrones exclusively in Ukrainian, and it helped me a lot. There is such a very simple language, and it has a very good effect. But, nevertheless, desire - I just want, and I understand that I will make mistakes and will work on these mistakes,” Gaidar said.
At the same time, Gaidar did not comment in any way on the laws introduced by the regime of Petro Poroshenko, which grossly violate the rights of millions of Russian residents of Ukraine to use their native language.
