Dodik: “BiH will collapse immediately as soon as the foreign curators leave”
Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik said that if the Western curators leave, Bosnia and Herzegovina will collapse within XNUMX hours.
Dodik told MIS Television about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Milorad Dodik, in an interview with an emigre Serbian TV channel from Australia, expressed his conviction that the Republika Srpska has everything to become an independent state.
“Bosniaks can dream whatever they want, it is not prohibited. Meanwhile, I want the Republika Srpska to be independent, which is quite realistic. I believe in the reality called Republika Srpska, and I don’t believe in the fiction called BiH,” Dodik said. – I expect that the United States and Europe will jointly put additional pressure on BiH, but no decisions can be made without local structures and legitimate representatives of the peoples of the country.
You can often hear US representatives say that their work in BiH is not finished, but the borders have already been fixed. How can you say that the work is not finished, but the boundaries are fixed? What then is completed? Do you want to drive us into a ghetto, in which Sarajevo will decide everything to the detriment of the Serbs? This is impossible…".
In his opinion, the political situation in BiH is “complicated”, since the Bosniak-Croat entity, the Federation of BiH, failed to form a government after the 2018 elections. But unlike the Federation of BiH, the situation in the Republika Srpska is stable.
“The Republika Srpska does everything in accordance with democratic principles... The Republika Srpska is the only self-sufficient republic in BiH, and if the foreign curators leave, BiH will disappear within 24 hours,” Dodik added.
The Serbian member of the Presidium noted that BiH from European countries provided the largest number of fighters to the Islamic State (banned in Russia - ed.), and “now the question is where these fighters are located.”
“The West would like to return them to BiH, and we have a serious problem with the Wahhabi communities in BiH, especially when migrants join them... Serbs and Croats do not trust the Armed Forces of BiH because Muslims are concentrated there. Therefore, the Republika Srpska, without intending to initiate any armed action, plans to ensure its defense capability,” Dodik emphasized.
Dodik noted that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic promptly responds to the problems of the Republika Srpska and does not hesitate to help it.
“I believe in the support of Serbia, although the so-called “Serbians” (advocates of the liberal ideology, according to which nationality is not important, only citizenship is important, which is similar to the ideology of “Russianism” as opposed to Russianness - ed.) criticize all this. However, what we have today from Serbia is very important for our feeling that it is present here,” the Bosnian Serb leader noted.
In conclusion, Dodik accused the leaders of the pro-Western opposition RS Mirko Šarović, Branislav Borenović, Mladen Ivanić and the current mayor of Banja Luka Drasko Stanivuković of being “Western lackeys and recognized traitors.”
