Dodik: “We will cancel all laws imposed by the Supreme Representatives”
Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik said that by the end of October - beginning of November, the People's Assembly of the Republika Srpska will make decisions that will put an end to Sarajevo's claims to its sovereignty.
This was reported by RTRS, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By the end of this month, at the latest in the first week of next month, we will come up with an extensive agenda that will lead to the withdrawal of consent from the formation of a common army, the payment of indirect taxes, which, according to the BiH Constitution, belong to the Republika Srpska,” Dodik said. “Even the border, that is, the management of borders on the territory of Republika Srpska belongs to it, and not BiH.”
Dodik stressed that the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH was invented as the place of decision-making and appointment of all judges, but the Republika Srpska will return these powers to the jurisdiction of the judicial system.
“We will cancel and prohibit activities on the territory of the Republika Srpska SIPA и OBA (Sarajevo intelligence services - ed.), we will reject all imposed laws that any High Representative has adopted in the past,” said the leader of the Bosnian Serbs.
Dodik recalled that the Constitutional Court of BiH recently adopted decision that the forests in the RS belong to Sarajevo is “an old Muslim demand that he listened to for 20 years, but their problem is that he, Dodik, is in the place where he listens to them.”
“Therefore, they really want to raise one generation of politicians in the RS who do not carry with them the “baggage” of the past, but will come at some point and “even everything out” in order to give BiH the right to what does not belong to it,” concluded Dodik.
