“What can they investigate, what can they do? Jailing an entire nation because January 9th is Republic Day? January 9 remains Republic Day, no matter what they think about it!” said the Bosnian Serb leader.

Let us recall that earlier Washington demanded Bosniak authorities in Sarajevo to investigate reports that war criminals were allegedly being honored on Republika Srpska Day and non-Serb returnees were being persecuted. In turn, the Constitutional Court of BiH, which is ruled by Bosniaks and foreigners, declared the celebration of Republika Srpska Day “unconstitutional.”
