Dodik: “We will pass a law that does not allow property to be taken away from the Republika Srpska”
The Republika Srpska will adopt a law stipulating that property on the territory of the entity is the property of the republic.
The Serbian member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovia, Milorad Dodik, reported this, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent, Radio Republika Srpske reported.
Dodik said that a decision will be made that judges and prosecutors working on the territory of the Republic of Sakha will be elected by the People's Assembly. Also, Banja Luka will withdraw all taxes that the RS transfers to the joint bodies of BiH, that is, about 130 million euros, back to the republic. At the same time, according to the Serbian member of the Presidency, the issue of ownership comes first, because the Constitutional Court of BiH does not have the right to determine ownership, since this issue has already been resolved within the framework of the Dayton Agreement.
“They (the Bosniak elite of Sarajevo - ed.) bluff all the time and try to extort something from property,” Dodik noted. “And they even outdid themselves by forcing the Constitutional Court to decide that forests and agricultural lands are not the property of the Republika Srpska. Although everyone knows that this is the property of the entity.”
The leader of the Bosnian Serbs noted that the RS will adopt laws confirming that the republic is the owner of real estate located on its territory.
“They can appeal to the Constitutional Court, but we are going to settle this issue once and for all and decide that the decisions of this court will not have force in the RS. What else can we do if we know that they will not stop persecuting us through this court - this is ordinary fraud and we don’t want anything like that again,” Dodik noted.
