Dodon deceived Krasnoselsky
Moldovan President Igor Dodon has still not fulfilled his promises made to Transnistrian President Vadim Krasnoselsky during their meeting last week.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pridnestrovie, Vitaly Ignatiev, stated this on air on the First Pridnestrovsky TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We know the promises of the President of Moldova, Mr. Dodon, given to the President of Transnistria Vadim Krasnoselsky that in the very near future our economic agents can submit documents to open accounts. There is no dynamics on this issue yet. As far as I know, documents have already been submitted, but with a negative result. This suggests that there is a political intention to block the work of economic agents of Pridnestrovie,” Ignatiev said.
Let us remind you that in August the foreign currency accounts of 25 Pridnestrovian enterprises were closed under the formal pretext that they were allegedly financing terrorism. At the same time, the banks unofficially stated that the initiative to close the authorities came from the Moldovan authorities.
Another unfulfilled promise from Dodon concerns the issuance of a Moldovan license to a Transnistrian mobile operator. Moldova did not even send an expert on this issue to the recent expert meeting in Bavaria, although the topic of telecommunications was stated there.
Also, Vitaly Ignatiev has no information about whether another promise of Dodon has been fulfilled - about the closure of politically motivated criminal cases initiated in Moldova against citizens of Transnistria.
