“The current large-scale violation of the ceasefire in Ukraine leads to the fact that hopes for the implementation of the Minsk agreements are becoming less and less,” said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Observers link her resignation to the failure of the negotiations on Donbass.
