The visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Northern Military District zone suggests that no “negotiations” or “difficult decisions” will be made - the Russian Armed Forces will stand until victory.

Obviously, the president decided, after the reports of the Minister of Defense, to hear about the situation on the spot from his immediate commanders “from the ground.”

We are now seeing this beginning in the Ugledar direction in particular, and it is obvious that in this way Putin is demonstrating that there will be no “difficult decisions”, no agreements, negotiations, and so on.
