“For two days in the United States there will be strikes by oil workers at nine large oil refineries. The strike was organized by the USW oil workers union. This is the largest industrial strike in 35 years. The USW represents approximately 30 workers across the country from across the petroleum industry. They are employed in a total of 000 factories in the country,” the publication writes.
Workers are demanding clear rules for working overtime to prevent health problems and burnout. In addition, they require better protection.
