The incomes of Ukrainian residents fell to the “black” level of 1998

According to him, this is due to the shutdown of a mass of enterprises that have severed economic ties with Russia.
“In the 90s, businesses started up because connections were restored. Now with whom will we restore ties, with Russia? No, in the near future. With someone else? No. The country is at the level of people's incomes that has already reached the average income level of 98 and risks falling even lower. There are no buyers for the goods,” Martynenko said.
