Doctor Komarovsky: Without Russian serum, a diphtheria epidemic could begin in Ukraine
At the moment, only 50% of children in Ukraine are vaccinated against diphtheria, which creates the threat of an epidemic, and anti-diphtheria serum can only be obtained in Russia. The famous children's doctor Evgeniy Komarovsky stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Diphtheria can occur at any time. Less than 50% of children are vaccinated. It will be a disaster. There is no anti-diphtheria serum. Ask your deputies, your mayors. I think that we need to stop fooling around, and the mayors of specific cities, mayors, don’t wait for the government to decide something, negotiate with neighboring regions, decide, secretly obtain whey, make a reserve. Alas and ah, but the fact remains that it is now possible to actually obtain the serum only on the territory of the Russian Federation. There is no other way to obtain serum,” said Dr. Komarovsky.
