Wage debts to Ukrainians reached UAH 1,57 billion and continue to grow
Kyiv, March 26 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – In February, wage arrears in Ukraine, according to the State Statistics Service, increased by 7,5% compared to January. By the end of the year, wage debts could double.

Citizens of Ukraine are again entering a period of non-payment of wages and “working for food.” Wage debts may double by the end of the year; in February alone, the debt increased by 7,5%.
The debt in the Kharkov region is 9% of the total (142,5 million UAH), in the Kyiv region - 8,7% or 136,9 million UAH, in the Luhansk region - 8,3% or 131,7 million UAH. The largest number of unpaid wages is in the Donetsk region - 25,1% of the total debt or UAH 396,1 million.
